Water damage to wood furniture should be cleaned with soap and water first, if that is not sufficient you may need to use a solution of turpentine and water. To bring back the most color you may need to rub the wood with steel dipped in lemon or olive oil. Once this step is complete then polish the furniture with a soft cloth.
